Licensed Master Social Worker | Clinical Supervisor
Role Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor assumes responsibility for overseeing all clinical services, encompassing programming, case management, monthly reporting, evaluation, case conferences, and case audits. The role is dedicated to ensuring that these services consistently meet the professional standards outlined in our clients' employee handbooks and the requirements stipulated by HRA, HPD, and other regulatory agencies.
Position Type: 6 Month Temp Period Compensation: $40.00 / HR Location: Bronx, New York Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities:
Assign cases and schedule work
Maintain records and supervision notes
Oversee quality of case management
Audit charts for compliance
Enforce and track home visit policies
Provide training for case managers
Handle difficult client situations
Maintain relationships with agencies
Submit required statistics and reports
Develop group programming
Qualifications:
NY State LMSW
4+ years supervising case managers
Counseling experience with target populations
Organized and efficient
Compassionate and culturally sensitive
Communication and diplomacy skills
Knowledge of case management
Experience with congregate programs
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Leadership and problem-solving ability
