Job Overview – Licensed Clinical Supervisor (Child & Family Services):
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000/year + bonus
Location: Quincy, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Our client is hiring a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (Child & Family Services) in Quincy, MA (On-Site) to lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality care for children and families. This full-time role includes providing individual and group supervision, overseeing documentation and compliance, and supporting evidence-based treatment. Ideal candidates hold an active independent license and bring supervisory experience in community-based child and family services.
Responsibilities as the Licensed Clinical Supervisor:
Supervision & Guidance: Provide individual and group clinical supervision to ensure effective, goal-oriented care delivery.
Quality & Compliance: Review documentation for accuracy, billing compliance, and clinical standards using EHR systems.
Staff Development: Support professional growth through training, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback.
Risk & Crisis Oversight: Manage safety concerns, mandated reporting, and emergency protocols in line with agency policy.
Program Coordination: Collaborate on caseload assignments, performance plans, and quality improvement initiatives while maintaining a small client caseload.
Qualifications for the Licensed Clinical Supervisor:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or Counseling is required.
Licensure: Active independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience: 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience is required, with prior supervisory or teaching experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Experience with Electronic Health Record systems such as Avatar and Tableau is preferred, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related platforms.
Attributes: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive clinical team environment.
