Role Overview:
A nursing care organization in Rochester, New York is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support the mental health needs of residents. Working on-site once or twice per week in this 28-bed facility, you will conduct assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and help residents adjust to transitions.
Compensation: $41.00 / HR Location: Monroe County, New York Schedule: Part-time; once or twice a week
Responsibilities:
• Performing psychosocial assessments
• Developing personalized care plans
• Implementing therapeutic techniques
• Addressing challenging behaviors
• Supporting residents through change
• Partnering with medical teams
• Maintaining timely documentation
Qualifications:
• MSW degree and active LCSW license
• Background in geriatrics or nursing facilities
• Strong clinical evaluation and intervention skills
• Excellence in communication and collaboration
• Comfort working independently and on teams
