Job Overview - Clinical Manager:
Our esteemed healthcare client in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Manager for their Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality delivery of services to our consumers.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $33/hour
Schedule: Flexible Day Schedule
Responsibilities as the Clinical Manager:
- Leadership and Communication: Clearly communicate departmental goals, provide leadership to ensure team effectiveness, and act as a resource for crisis situations.
- Clinical Management: Conduct psychological evaluations, oversee case coordination, and maintain authorized services in accordance with agency standards.
- Staff Supervision: Assess human resource needs, develop staff training, conduct performance evaluations, and provide clinical and administrative supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical effectiveness, conduct periodic chart reviews, and ensure compliance with governing regulations and agency policies.
- Community Engagement: Maintain contact with schools, families, and community resources, attending and participating in meetings as required.
Qualifications for the Clinical Manager:
- Experience: 4 years in human service organizations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Knowledgeable about the Behavioral Health system and strong clinical expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Technical: Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in human service organizations.
