Role Overview:
The Social Work Supervisor oversees clinical operations for an FFT-TCM prevention program. This role involves hiring and supervising staff, managing cases, providing direct clinical services, ensuring model fidelity, collaborating with stakeholders, and responding to data and case information requests.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Location: Brooklyn, New York

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the FFT-TCM program
Supervise and guide staff on FFT-TCM implementation
Participate in all model training, supervision, meetings
Build relationships with child protection, legal, school, medical partners
Recruit, hire, onboard and supervise clinical staff
Occasionally accompany staff on client home/site visits
Connect participants to additional programs and services
Represent program at required meetings and trainings
Handle crises professionally including abuse reporting
Qualifications
MSW or related clinical degree required
2+ years supervisory experience in child welfare preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong administrative, interpersonal and clinical skills
Commitment to strength-based and trauma-informed care
FFT knowledge or training a plus
