Role Overview:
Join a public assistance program as a Qualified Health Professional conducting clinical interviews and assessments to determine functional capacity and connect clients to appropriate services.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00, higher for bilingual skills
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (No remote or hybrid options)
Responsibilities:
• Conducting clinical interviews, assessments, and reassessments
• Reviewing medical documents and health conditions
• Making functional capacity determinations
• Connecting clients to mental health or medical services
• Preparing assessment reports and documentation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Adhering to program policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Licensed SW, MHC, or MHC
• 2+ years of clinical assessment experience
• Experience in performance-driven environments
• Strong engagement and motivational interviewing skills
• Computer and data entry skills
