TAG MedStaffing is hiring an Infusion Business Development Manager in New York, NY for our client, supporting business development, referral growth, provider engagement, and healthcare partnership development across a designated territory. This field-based role will focus on building relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, clinics, and community partners to drive referral growth, expand market presence, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring healthcare sales experience, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities as the Infusion Business Development Manager:
Business Development: Generate new referral sources and expand territory growth through strategic outreach and relationship management activities.
Provider Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with physicians, clinics, healthcare providers, and other referral sources to support patient referrals.
Territory Management: Execute territory growth strategies, identify market opportunities, and increase market penetration within assigned accounts.
Sales & Marketing Support: Deliver presentations, coordinate educational programs, and participate in events that promote healthcare services and referral growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operational, reimbursement, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service and referral support.
Account Management: Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve service issues, track business activity, and maintain accurate reporting of territory performance.
Qualifications for the Infusion Business Development Manager:Â
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in infusion services, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy, or a related healthcare industry is required.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare services, referral development, provider networks, and reimbursement processes is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and business communication software is required.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment are required.
