Job Overview – Hospice Manager of Patient Services (RN):
Step into a leadership role as a Hospice Manager of Patient Services (RN) with our client in Greenwich, CT. Lead interdisciplinary and clinical teams to deliver exceptional hospice care, overseeing service planning, delivery, and coordination while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory standards.

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000/year
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)


Responsibilities as the Hospice Manager of Patient Services (RN):
  • Interdisciplinary Leadership: Supervise and coordinate interdisciplinary group interventions and participate in team meetings, including care planning and problem-solving.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are followed, including maintaining accurate and complete medical records.
  • Clinical Supervision: Oversee nursing personnel, Hospice Aides, and Homemakers, conducting supervisory visits to observe performance and provide feedback.
  • Staff Development: Provide leadership, counsel, and education for staff, assisting in training programs and new employee orientation.
  • Patient Care: Assess and reassess patient needs, deliver nursing care, and perform specific nursing procedures as required.
Qualifications for the Hospice Manager of Patient Services (RN):
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN required).
  • Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience as an RN (preferred), with active patient contact in the past three years.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and supervisory abilities, adaptability to diverse populations, and the capacity to manage stress while maintaining emotional stability.
