Job Overview – Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000/year
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Our client is hiring a Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative in New York, NY, to expand referral networks, strengthen provider relationships, and boost brand visibility across multiple boroughs. This field-based role includes in-person outreach to hospitals, physician offices, and nursing homes. Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed performance goals.
Responsibilities as the Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach to hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and healthcare professionals.
Field Sales Execution: Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and on-site marketing efforts across a minimum of two NYC boroughs, with occasional travel to additional boroughs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources and healthcare decision-makers to drive consistent referrals and long-term loyalty.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on all leads and referrals, convert opportunities into clients, and maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
Market & Brand Strategy: Stay informed on competitors and market trends, represent the agency at community events, and deliver reports on progress, goals, and trends.
Qualifications for the Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in healthcare sales, home care marketing, or referral development roles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools for managing leads and reporting activity.
Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Fieldwork Requirement: Must be able to cover at least two NYC boroughs with flexibility to travel to others as required.
