Job Overview – Home Care Marketing and Outreach Coordinator:
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000/year
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Step into a vital role as a Home Care Marketing and Outreach Coordinator in Bronx, NY, supporting referral growth and community engagement with our client. This position focuses on healthcare marketing, relationship-building, and patient outreach within the home care space. You’ll lead local initiatives, attend community events, and develop partnerships to increase visibility and drive patient enrollment.

Responsibilities as the Home Care Marketing and Outreach Coordinator:
  • Community Outreach: Promote home care services through presentations, events, and visits to caregiver schools, senior centers, and community groups.
  • Referral Development: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, home care agencies, and adult day programs.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on referrals, conduct home visits, and support enrollment through personalized outreach.
  • Marketing Execution: Coordinate participation in health fairs, develop outreach materials, and support brand visibility in the community.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track outreach activity, report progress, and help achieve monthly marketing and enrollment goals.
Qualifications for the Home Care Marketing and Outreach Coordinator:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or patient relations, preferably within a home care or senior services setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with familiarity in CRM systems preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated and professional with strong communication and public speaking skills, able to build relationships and represent the agency confidently in community settings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Bronx healthcare landscape and experience coordinating with community-based organizations is highly valued.
