Job Overview - Home Care Liaison (Hybrid):
Join our client's team as a Home Care Liaison in Connecticut, focusing on building referral relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring satisfaction. This hybrid role includes direct interactions with healthcare professionals and meeting sales targets.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals through face-to-face interactions.
Sales Execution: Conduct effective sales calls and meetings to meet referral partner needs and convert referrals into admissions.
Referral Coordination: Assist in the referral-to-admission process, addressing barriers and ensuring smooth transitions.
Presentations & In-Services: Provide professional presentations to referral sources, community groups, and others about services and outcomes.
Market Analysis: Use territory market data to identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
Qualifications for the Home Care Liaison:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 3+ years of Sales experience (preferably in Healthcare or Home Care).
Skills: Excellent customer service, sales skills, and knowledge of medical terminology.
Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and goal-oriented work ethic.
Other: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the ability to travel 80% of the time.
