Job Overview – Business Development Manager (Home Care)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000/year
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)


TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Business Development Manager (Home Care) in New York, NY for our client, supporting business development, referral growth, and client acquisition within a healthcare services environment. In this role, you will build relationships with referral sources, execute outreach strategies, and manage the full sales cycle. You will utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track performance, optimize outreach, and drive growth.

Responsibilities as the Business Development Manager (Home Care):
  • Sales Strategy & Market Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to increase referrals and expand market presence.
  • Referral Source Development: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to drive client acquisition.
  • Pipeline Management & Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to conversion of new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Conduct meetings and presentations to promote services and educate referral partners.
  • Marketing & Community Outreach: Represent the organization at events and community initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
Qualifications for the Business Development Manager (Home Care):
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience required, with a focus on healthcare, home care, or related services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare referral networks and community-based service models.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and reporting tools is required, with strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and data tracking.
  • Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high level of activity in a fast-paced environment.
