Job Overview – Specialty Infusion Sales Manager (Hybrid):
Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000/year
Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid with Travel)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Our client is hiring a Specialty Infusion Sales Manager in Durham, NC, to grow referral networks and drive revenue for specialty infusion services. This hybrid role builds partnerships with hospitals, providers, and payors across a defined territory. Candidates should have infusion or specialty healthcare sales experience, reimbursement knowledge, and strong client relationship skills. You'll collaborate with clinical and operations teams to expand market share and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities as the Specialty Infusion Sales Manager:
  • Business Development: Drive referral volume and market expansion through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Territory Management: Maintain and strengthen key partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and payors.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
  • Client Presentations: Represent services effectively, contribute to contract discussions, and support managed care initiatives.
  • Sales Reporting & Trends: Document activities, stay current on therapies and reimbursement policies, and assist with internal knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications for the Specialty Infusion Sales Manager:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in healthcare sales, preferably within infusion therapy, home health, or specialty services, with a track record of securing new business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of reimbursement practices, managed care processes, and referral workflows preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a consultative approach to long-cycle sales and problem-solving.
