Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR data entry. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Responsibilities as the Medical Receptionist Front Desk:
Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth from check-in to checkout.
Scheduling: Manage patient appointments and follow-ups to ensure efficient daily operations.
Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance coverage and process authorizations using Navinet and related tools.
Data Entry: Accurately maintain patient demographics, insurance details, and visit records in EMR systems.
Compliance: Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and support general administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications for the Medical Receptionist Front Desk:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-2 years in a medical office or healthcare environment, with hands-on experience in insurance verification.
Technical Skills: Proficient in EMR systems and scheduling software, with Navinet experience strongly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with HIPAA, OSHA, and patient privacy regulations.
Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, professional, and proactive with strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
