Job Overview – Fulfillment Technician:
Compensation: $22/hour
Location: Chester County, PA
Schedule: Saturday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM


Join our client as a Fulfillment Technician in Chester County, PA, managing inventory, packaging, and shipping operations in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with cGMP or warehouse experience. You’ll maintain inventory accuracy, support order fulfillment, and ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities as the Fulfillment Technician:
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory using FEFO principles, perform regular counts, and ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation standards.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately label, package, and ship products while reconciling inventory records to support billing and shipping accuracy.
  • Process Compliance: Maintain inventory logs, assist with SOP development, and complete equipment documentation to support regulatory standards.
  • Quality Support: Identify and resolve pick/ship errors in collaboration with manufacturing leadership to enhance accuracy and workflow.
  • Safety & Teamwork: Uphold safety protocols, support technician training, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
Qualifications for the Fulfillment Technician:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in inventory or warehouse roles within regulated industries preferred, along with familiarity with cGMP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 210 & 211.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to perform basic algebraic and geometric calculations, complete documentation, and follow SOPs accurately.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
