Job Overview - Director of Patient Services (RN):
Join our client in Brooklyn, NY, as the Director of Patient Services (RN), overseeing the home care program. This leadership role involves ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines, supervising clinical staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000/year
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (25% Field, 25% Office, 50% Remote)


Responsibilities as the Director of Patient Services (RN):
  • Leadership: Oversee the home care program, ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines and regulations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Operations: Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring quality assurance in home care.
  • Training: Lead training for administrative and clinical staff to ensure competency.
  • Patient Care: Participate in patient care planning and evaluation, ensuring comprehensive care plans and appropriate referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • On-Call Management: Oversee on-call duties and staff assignments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications for the Director of Patient Services (RN):
  • Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Home Care or a Clinical setting.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medicaid guidelines and home care regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in staff supervision and quality assurance management.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
