Job Overview – Clinician (MSW):
Take on a critical clinical role with our client as a Clinician (MSW) in Pittsburgh, PA. This temporary position focuses on providing individualized behavioral and therapeutic treatment through direct counseling, case management, and support network collaboration. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement treatment plans to support individuals in achieving long-term stability and well-being.
Compensation: $28/hour
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Clinician (MSW):
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct screenings and evaluations using validated tools to assess depression, trauma, substance use, and criminal risk factors.
Treatment Planning & Case Management: Develop, implement, and recertify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapists, case managers, and support staff.
Trauma-Informed Counseling: Provide direct clinical care through individual therapy sessions, community-based interactions, and collaboration with support networks.
Multidisciplinary Team Coordination: Work closely with medical, psychological, and behavioral specialists to create goal-driven, measurable treatment objectives.
Crisis Intervention & Support: Assist program management in assessing and responding to crisis situations from a trauma-informed perspective.
Compliance & Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training activities, and ongoing program assessments to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications for the Clinician (MSW):
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health field required.
Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, or LISW required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use interventions.
Clinical Skills: Strong understanding of assessment tools, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral health treatment methodologies.
Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and guide the development of individualized service plans.
Compliance & Documentation: Proficiency in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
