Job Overview - Clinical Supervisor III:
Our client is seeking a Clinical Supervisor III to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering trauma-informed care in a residential setting, based in Portland, OR. You will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/year
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor III:
Leadership: Oversee a multi-disciplinary team providing assessments, treatment plans, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
Compliance: Provide clinical supervision to staff and ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
Program Management: Plan, implement, and coordinate daily activities for clients, maintain compliance with licensing, and manage patient records.
Clinical Services: Deliver direct services to clients, including individual/group therapy, assessments, and crisis management.
Collaboration: Liaise with partnering agencies and programs, coordinate referrals, and review eligibility for services.
Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor III:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required.
Experience: 2 years in Mental Health, with 1 year in a Supervisory role required.
Licensing: Must be a registered CSWA, LPCA, or MFTA.
Certification: CADC II or above required.
Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Trauma-Informed Care and recovery-focused treatment.
Other Requirements:Â Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle access.
