Job Overview - Clinical Supervisor II:
Join our client in Portland, OR, as a Clinical Supervisor II. In this full-time role, you will oversee and support clinical staff, providing supervision, monitoring client care, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations to deliver quality mental health services.
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/year
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor II:
Leadership: Provide clinical supervision, support, and training to staff, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with clinical standards.
Client Assessments: Conduct mental health assessments, develop care plans, and ensure treatment goals are met.
Collaboration: Work with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate treatment plans and provide addiction expertise.
Documentation: Ensure proper maintenance of client records and adherence to privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
Crisis Management: Assist in incident reports and conduct critical incident debriefings as needed.
Program Support: Collaborate with Program Manager to ensure daily activities are monitored and support overall program goals.
Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor II:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required.
Experience: 2 years in Mental Health, with 1 year in a Supervisory role.
Licensing: Must be a registered CSWA, LPCA, or MFTA (LPC/LCSW/CADC preferred).
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of mental health and chemical dependency treatment methods, and crisis intervention.
Certifications: Current CPR certification required.
