Job Overview – Clinical Supervisor (LMSW):
Step into a vital leadership position with our client as a Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you will oversee clinical services, ensuring they meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Compensation: $40/hour Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor (LMSW):
Case Management: Assign cases to case managers, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain quality assurance in service delivery.
Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop service plans, and provide oversight for mental health and substance abuse services.
Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise and train case managers, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with ancillary agencies to maintain effective client services.
Program Management: Assist in developing and supervising group programming, ensuring compliance with contract and agency requirements.
Crisis Management: Handle client crises, provide necessary interventions, and coordinate housing and benefits services for clients.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, complete psycho-social assessments, and ensure timely submission of program statistics and reports.
Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor (LMSW):
Certification: LMSW in Social Work.
Experience: 4+ years in supervisory roles, specializing in HIV/AIDS, mental health, and substance abuse.
Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in HRA Congregate Housing Program and HIV/AIDS case management.
Language Skills: Preferably bilingual in Spanish.
Specialized Experience: Experience with congregate programs and formerly homeless populations preferred.
