Role Overview:
Joined a nonprofit social services organization as a clinical supervisor overseeing case management operations for a supportive housing program in the Bronx, NY.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Assigning cases and managing caseloads
• Conducting audits and oversight of case files
• Providing training for case managers
• Preparing reports and statistics
• Developing programs and group services
• Monitoring occupancy rates and placements
• Reviewing assessments and care plans
• Holding supervision meetings with case managers
Qualifications:
• LMSW licensed in NYS with 4+ years case management supervision experience
• Background in mental health/substance abuse counseling and HIV/AIDS service
• Experience with supportive housing regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and management skills
