Job Overview – Clinical Services Director:
Take on a pivotal leadership role with our client as a Clinical Services Director in White Plains, NY. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of interdisciplinary teams and drive participant outcomes across the continuum of care. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Services, you will coordinate care across community health programs and ensure operational excellence through metrics, quality assurance, and compliance activities.
Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000/year
Location: White Plains, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Responsibilities as the Clinical Services Director:
Leadership and Oversight: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff and managers across departments, ensuring effective team assignments and resource allocation.
Care Coordination: Oversee the development and execution of personalized care plans to enhance participant satisfaction and outcomes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Participate in regulatory compliance activities, investigate incidents, and ensure appropriate certifications and standards are met.
Training and Development: Implement in-service training programs and foster professional growth for team members.
Operational Metrics: Collect and analyze data to ensure care is delivered in the right venue at the right cost, with the highest quality.
Participant Engagement: Monitor enrollment and disenrollment processes, implementing interventions to prevent voluntary disenrollment and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications for the Clinical Services Director:
Education: Degree from an NLN-accredited nursing school is required, with a BSN preferred.
Certification: Completion of NYSED-approved infection control coursework is mandatory.
Experience:Â At least 1 year of clinical experience in CHHA, acute care, or nursing home settings, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role preferred, and experience with frail or elderly populations required (training provided if needed).
Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in New York State required.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to high-quality patient care and compliance excellence.
