Role Overview:
Our client, a network of senior care affiliates, is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Manager to join their team in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will leverage clinical data to maximize reimbursements.
Compensation: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 Location: Bronx, New York Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Conducting resident assessments using minimum data sets (MDS)
• Utilizing clinical documentation to inform reimbursement strategies
• Performing utilization reviews for insurance payers
• Preparing facilities for audits and surveys
• Collaborating cross-functionally to drive care quality
Qualifications:
• Licensed Registered Nurse in NYS
• Bachelor's in Nursing; Master's preferred
• 3+ years in care facility reimbursement
• Completion of NYS PRI assessor program
• Expertise in Medicare guidelines and MDS
