Job Overview - Clinical Pharmacist:
We are seeking two Clinical Pharmacists. The successful candidates will be responsible for the management of rational antibiotic therapy or the management of critical care/high-risk patients, collaborating with other health professionals.
Location: White Plains, NY Compensation: $125,000 - $188,000/year commensurate with experience and working hours Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM
Responsibilities as the Clinical Pharmacist:
Oversee the clinical pharmacy antibiotic service or the care of high-risk patient groups.
Promote clinical pharmacy development and provide educational leadership.
Work collaboratively across departments to improve performance and quality.
Take responsibility for work activities and decisions, practicing cost containment and adhering to hospital policies.
Maintain professional behavior and serve as a role model.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Clinical Pharmacist:
Pharm D degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Current New York State Registration.
Professional communication skills in English.
