Job Overview - Clinical Nurse Manager:
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to work at our Houston, TX location. This role involves hiring and training personnel, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring compliance with all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures within one of our Wound Healing centers.
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/year + bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Clinical Nurse Manager:
Manage all clinical employees in day-to-day operations.
Ensure staff are up to date with certifications, training, and clinical skills.
Oversee hyperbaric chamber operations and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in cooperation with the hospital.
Authorize the purchase of supplies and equipment in collaboration with the Program Director.
Responsible for certifications, billings, charge entry, and coding activities of the Wound Healing center.
Qualifications for the Clinical Nurse Manager:
2+ years of experience in clinical management, with a wound care background.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire.
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
