Role Overview:
We are seeking a nurse to serve communities across Illinois/Indiana through direct care and collaboration with our client’s wound care teams. The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and build local referral relationships.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
Location: Rural Indiana/Illinois Clinics (Travel Involved)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (1 Day Remote)
Responsibilities:
• Delivering wound assessments and nursing care
• Creating customized evidence-based care plans
• Coordinating diagnostics and specialist care
• Educating community providers on center services
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Promoting continuous quality and process improvements
Qualifications:
• Licensed RN in IL/IN (Obtaining IN license if only IL currently)
• 3+ years nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfort with travel and rural locations
