Position Overview:
The Clinical Director will provide leadership and oversight of high-risk Health Home programs and care teams. Key responsibilities include supervising managers and staff, monitoring operations and quality, facilitating meetings and training, reviewing assessments, implementing best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements.
Compensation: $110,000.00
Location: Bronx, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision
• Oversee day-to-day operations and case assignments
• Review comprehensive assessments and care plans
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, ethical care
• Monitor productivity, KPIs and quality indicators
• Facilitate department meetings and case reviews
• Collaborate on patient referrals and enrollment
• Identify and implement evidence-based interventions
• Provide crisis intervention supervision as needed
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Represent the agency at community meetings
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in hiring and onboarding
Qualifications:
• Master’s in Social Work or related field
• Valid LCSW license in New York
• 5+ years of management experience in behavioral health
• Expert knowledge of treatments and interventions
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• EHR systems proficiency
• Commitment to compassionate, ethical care
• Experience working with underserved populations
• Excellent administrative writing abilities
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
