Role Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to supervise a team of case managers serving vulnerable populations. This role will provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of harm reduction, housing first, and trauma-informed services.
Compensation: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00
Location: Queens, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Supervising and mentoring case managers
• Leading regular structured supervision meetings
• Promoting evidence-based models like housing first
• Conducting assessments and developing service plans
• Driving a housing-focused culture with harm reduction lens
• Managing crisis interventions and risk assessments
• Ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation
• Serving as a clinical resource for staff questions
Qualifications:
• Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
• 3+ years experience with relevant populations
• Supervisory and administrative expertise
• Knowledge of care models like housing first and motivational interviewing
• Crisis intervention experience
• Collaboration skills and communication abilities
