Compensation: $105,000 – $110,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Clinic Director (Physical Therapy) in Colorado Springs, CO for our client, supporting outpatient rehabilitation services, clinical operations, and team leadership. This role combines direct patient care with oversight of clinic performance, staff development, operational excellence, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities as the Clinic Director (Physical Therapy):
Clinical Leadership: Oversee patient care, treatment planning, and clinical quality while maintaining high standards of evidence-based rehabilitation services.
Operations Management: Direct daily clinic operations, staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and administrative functions to ensure efficient practice performance.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff while promoting professional growth and a positive team culture.
Financial Management: Partner with leadership on budgeting, financial performance, resource planning, and operational initiatives that support clinic growth.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations while supporting outreach and educational programs.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies while driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications for the Clinic Director (Physical Therapy):
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado is required.
Experience: 3+ years of rehabilitation or outpatient physical therapy experience is required, and 2+ years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records, clinical documentation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated business acumen, the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional patient and operational outcomes.
