Job Overview - Case Worker (BSW):
Take on a key position with our client in New York as a Case Worker (BSW). In this temporary role, you’ll deliver both home-based and on-site support, including counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy for families.
Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $25/hour Schedule: 35 Hours/Week
Responsibilities as the Case Worker (BSW):
Family Support: Provide individual, family, and group counseling, along with crisis intervention for assigned families.
Crisis Management: Address case-related crises with professionalism and care.
Assessments: Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop action plans using Solution-Based Casework (SBC).
Collaboration: Work closely with ACS, schools, treatment providers, and other service organizations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate case records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications for the Case Worker (BSW):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: Child welfare experience required.
Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred!
