Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Bilingual Spanish LICSW Therapist (Behavioral Health) in Boston, MA, for our client. This full-time, on-site role provides individual and group therapy to Spanish-speaking adults in a high-acuity setting, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and crisis support. Ideal for licensed clinicians committed to culturally responsive, evidence-based behavioral health care.

Responsibilities as the Bilingual Spanish LICSW Therapist:
  • Therapeutic Care: Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to adult patients within high-acuity behavioral health settings.
  • Intake & Assessment: Perform comprehensive intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments to determine appropriate levels of care.
  • Treatment Coordination: Develop and update treatment plans, maintain clinical records, and ensure timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to clinical emergencies, offer stabilization support, and collaborate with medical leadership on high-risk cases.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate care with external providers, and support ongoing clinical and operational improvements.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Spanish LICSW Therapist:
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field required.
  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts LICSW required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in PHP, IOP, inpatient, or similar high-acuity behavioral health settings, with proficiency in individual and group therapy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
  • Skills & Attributes: Culturally competent communicator skilled in supporting Medicaid and complex cases, with the ability to mentor junior clinicians.
