Role Overview:
Our client, the leading multispecialty medical group in the Bronx, is seeking an Associate Director of Training and Clinical Operations. In this role, the ideal candidate will design and deliver staff education initiatives to enhance competencies within their Health Home program caring for vulnerable populations.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 + bonus
Location: Bronx, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Developing training curriculum and resources
• Planning and facilitating workshops and eLearning
• Establishing professional development programs
• Assessing learning needs and effectiveness
• Incorporating evidence-based modalities
• Coordinating with clinical and quality leads
• Participating in strategic initiatives
• Supporting adoption of best practices
Qualifications:
• Master’s in social work or related field
• 2+ years designing healthcare trainings
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Skilled virtual and in-person facilitator
• Strong project management abilities
• Passion for elevating community care
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
