Role Overview:
Our client, the leading multispecialty medical group in the Bronx, is seeking an Associate Director, Quality Operations to oversee performance initiatives for their Health Home program. The ideal candidate will develop systems to enhance staff competencies and ensure optimal care delivery for vulnerable populations.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Location: Bronx, New York Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
• Creating quality improvement plans and processes
• Designing workforce development strategies
• Conducting audits and chart reviews
• Analyzing program data to identify trends
• Tracking key performance indicators
• Ensuring adherence to regulations
• Documenting assessments and corrective actions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required
• 2+ years overseeing health program quality
• Experience with Medicaid systems and EHRs
• Strong data analysis and communication abilities
• Passion for enhancing community-based care
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
