Job Overview – Assistant Vice President of Operations (AVP):
Step into a leadership role as the Assistant Vice President of Operations (AVP) with our client in Bronx, NY, overseeing a dedicated team focused on supporting individuals' care needs. This full-time position emphasizes enhancing workflows, improving outcomes, and driving team growth to achieve organizational success.
Compensation: $130,000 - $135,000/year
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Assistant Vice President of Operations:
Program Oversight: Analyze performance metrics, monitor program outcomes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Leadership & Coaching: Provide supervision and mentorship to senior leadership staff, encouraging professional development.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute enrollment and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Revenue Development: Lead efforts to establish revenue-generating programs and spearhead business development initiatives.
Operational Management: Implement and optimize operational systems, productivity measures, and cost control strategies.
Quality Improvement: Conduct audits, chart reviews, and training sessions to boost compliance and program performance.
Qualifications for the Assistant Vice President of Operations:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Health Administration, Business, or a related field (LMSW or LCSW preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Healthcare or Non-Profit Organizations, with proven leadership and supervisory expertise.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of health home care coordination and its impact on quality outcomes.
Skills: Strong strategic planning, business acumen, analytical, and project management capabilities.
Attributes: Exceptional communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations governing Health Home operations.
