Role Overview:
A leading home infusion provider is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses across the Northeast region. This hybrid role will leverage your clinical and leadership skills to ensure optimal care delivery through a combination of case management, staff supervision, standards oversight and business development.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Location: Bergen County, New Jersey Schedule: Hybrid (1-2 days in office)
Responsibilities:
• Managing team of 10-15 home infusion nurses
• Carrying case load of 5-10 complex patients
• Ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and standards
• Driving training, evaluations and competency checks
• Partnering with multidisciplinary teams
• Growing territory through patient acquisition
• Providing after-hours on-call coverage
Qualifications:
• RN license
• 5+ years nursing experience including home infusions
• Proven patient care leadership abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate care
• Intrathecal therapy experience strongly preferred
