TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Part-Time Group Therapist (Behavioral Health) in Boston, MA, for our client. In this role, youâll deliver evidence-based group therapy using CBT, DBT, and ACT to support patient recovery and resilience. Youâll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure compliant, timely clinical documentation. Responsibilities as the Part-Time Group Therapist:

Group Facilitation: Lead evidence-based group therapy sessions using CBT, DBT, ACT, and related modalities.
Collaborative Care: Coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams including clinicians and external providers.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and EHR documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
Patient Engagement: Cultivate a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment that promotes participation and skill-building.
Crisis Intervention: Provide support in crisis situations, including risk assessment and conflict resolution during group sessions.

Qualifications for the Part-Time Group Therapist:

Education: Masterâs degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; actively pursuing state licensure preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year in PHP, IOP, inpatient, or similar settings, with proven experience leading therapeutic groups and managing crises.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital platforms such as Zoom and Slack.

Therapeutic Care: Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to adult patients within high-acuity behavioral health settings.

Treatment Coordination: Develop and update treatment plans, maintain clinical records, and ensure timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Crisis Management: Respond to clinical emergencies, offer stabilization support, and collaborate with medical leadership on high-risk cases.
Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate care with external providers, and support ongoing clinical and operational improvements.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Spanish LICSW Therapist:

Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
Education: Masterâs degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field required.
Licensure: Active Massachusetts LICSW required.
Experience: Previous experience in PHP, IOP, inpatient, or similar high-acuity behavioral health settings, with proficiency in individual and group therapy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Skills & Attributes: Culturally competent communicator skilled in supporting Medicaid and complex cases, with the ability to mentor junior clinicians.

Diagnostic Imaging: Perform routine and emergency radiographic exams in ED, inpatient, and trauma settings using digital imaging systems.
Patient Care & Positioning: Ensure accurate patient identification, positioning, comfort, and safety throughout each procedure.
Image Review & Submission: Confirm image quality, accuracy, and proper labeling before submitting studies to PACS.
Collaboration & Workflow: Coordinate with clinical teams to manage high-volume imaging needs efficiently and professionally.
Compliance & Equipment: Adhere to ALARA and safety protocols, and maintain imaging equipment per regulatory and hospital standards.

Qualifications for the Radiologic Technologist:

Education: Completion of a Vocational or Technical training program in Medical Radiography is required.
Licensure: Must hold a Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license in Radiography.
Certification: ARRT registered with active BLS (AHA) certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or trauma setting performing diagnostic radiography, preferably in high-volume ED or inpatient environments.
Technical Skills: Proficient in digital radiographic systems, PACS platforms, and EMR documentation with the ability to navigate imaging workflows efficiently.
Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure, multidisciplinary environments.

Imaging & Equipment Use: Operate Siemens Biograph mCT 64 and Medrad Intego injector for high-quality PET/CT imaging and radiopharmaceutical delivery.
Radiopharmaceutical Prep: Handle, administer, and document FDG, Posluma, Amyvid, Dotatate, and related agents following USP <825> and radiation safety standards.
Patient Care & Screening: Assess patients for contraindications, explain procedures, and provide supportive care throughout imaging.
Workflow & Documentation: Perform venipuncture, glucometer checks, enter charges, and verify DICOM image transfer to MIM and PACS systems.
Facility & Compliance Support: Clean rooms, restock supplies, and ensure equipment and spaces meet cleanliness and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications for the Nuclear Medicine Technologist:

Education: Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program is required.
Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (RT) and must have national certification.
Certification: ARRT (N) or CNMT certification is required, along with BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a clinical or academic medical center, with hands-on PET/CT experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in venipuncture, operation of PET/CT systems, radiopharmaceutical handling, EMR entry, and PACS workflows.
Skills & Attributes: Safety-focused, organized, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Assessment: Evaluate cardiopulmonary status, perform diagnostic tests, and monitor vital signs to guide respiratory care.
Ventilator & Airway Management: Set up, manage, and adjust mechanical ventilation and artificial airways per clinical protocols.
Therapeutic Procedures: Administer oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, aerosol treatments, chest physiotherapy, and suctioning.
Emergency Care: Respond to code blue and rapid response events, providing airway support and life-saving interventions.
Clinical Documentation: Record treatments and patient responses in EMRs; collaborate with medical staff for coordinated care.
Protocol & Equipment Oversight: Adhere to clinical standards and maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.

Qualifications for the Registered Respiratory Therapist:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Licensure: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required (must hold a current Massachusetts license).
Certification: CPR (AHA) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required (ACLS and PALS preferred).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting, with demonstrated ability to manage ventilators, perform airway interventions, and respond to emergency situations.
