Role Overview:
Join our client, a medical center, as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist). In this role, you will provide anesthesia care to patients in a variety of surgical specialties. You will also work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Compensation: Based on Experience (BOE)
Location: Alachua County, Florida
Schedule:
• Shifts: Preferred: 5-8s; 24 hour
• Weekends: Yes
• Call: Weekday beeper 3:30 PM - 7 AM; Weekend call: 7 AM - 7 AM 24 hour (Preferred to take 1 call shift per month)
• Minimum # of Shifts per Month: n/a
• Length of Assignment: Indefinite
Responsibilities:
• Providing anesthesia care for a variety of case types, including general, ortho, GI-endo, eyes, healthy peds, urology, robotics, OB/GYN, bariatrics, vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, and bronchoscopy (no trauma and cardiac)
• Working in a care team model with 25 CRNAs and 19 MDs
• Utilizing MediTech electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Managing an average of 1,800 monthly cases and 325 monthly OB deliveries
Qualifications:
• Active Florida CRNA license (must have at time of presentation)
• Active DEA registration for all onsite work
• Board Certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a CRNA (no recent graduates)
• Full-time availability
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format and any gaps over 30 days explained
• All licenses and certifications with expiration dates listed on CV
