Job Overview – Psychometrician (Neuropsychological & Developmental Testing):
Compensation: $28 – $38/hour
Location: Flint, MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Join our client as a Psychometrician in Flint, MI, focused on neuropsychological and developmental testing. Administer and score assessments under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist, compile accurate reports, and support children, adolescents, and families in a clinical setting. This role is ideal for professionals with strong assessment skills seeking to advance developmental and psychological evaluations within a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities as the Psychometrician (Neuropsychological & Developmental Testing):
  • Test Administration: Administer neuropsychological, psychological, developmental, and behavioral assessments with accuracy and consistency.
  • Scoring & Documentation: Score assessments using normative data and prepare clear, timely, and detailed reports.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Work under the supervision of licensed psychologists to ensure testing integrity and clinical quality.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with children, adolescents, and families to foster a supportive and professional testing environment.
  • Process Support: Assist with test materials, data entry, and documentation to maintain organized and efficient operations.
Qualifications for the Psychometrician (Neuropsychological & Developmental Testing):
  • Education: Master’s degree in Psychology with a Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) credential required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience evaluating or treating children, adolescents, or teens with intellectual, developmental, or social-emotional disorders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in administering and scoring standardized psychological tests.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with neuropsychological testing and developmental assessments for youth populations.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills with diverse populations.
