Role Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our client’s rehabilitation team. Leveraging strong patient care talents, the ideal candidate will work closely with physical therapists to implement customized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
Location: Monmouth County, New Jersey
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Daytime Hours
Responsibilities:
• Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations and treatments
• Carrying out prescribed therapy interventions and modifying as needed
• Educating patients/families on therapeutic activities and home programs
• Documenting detailed progress notes and test results
• Collaborating professionally with care team members
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree and PTA license
• CPR Certification: 1+ year experience preferred
• Empathy, communication skills, teamwork abilities
