Role Overview:
A rehabilitation care organization in Dorchester, Massachusetts is seeking a driven Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat clients to restore mobility and function. In this role, the ideal candidate will conduct assessments, implement customized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
Compensation: $82,300.00 – 106,000.00 Location: Suffolk County, Massachusetts Schedule: Full-time day shift, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities:
• Performing comprehensive physical evaluations
• Designing evidence-based treatment programs
• Implementing modalities to reduce pain
• Educating patients on therapeutic exercises
• Partnering with care team members
• Continuously expanding clinical expertise
• Participating in student teaching
Qualifications:
• Licensed PT in Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physical Therapy
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for helping patients heal
• Interest in exploring new treatment techniques
• APTA membership a plus
