Job Overview - Physical Therapist:
Our healthcare client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their growing team in New Jersey. This full-time role involves helping patients regain their mobility, strength, and functionality through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans.
Location: Marlboro, NJ
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000/year
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the Physical Therapist:
Patient-Centered Care: Embrace empathy and respect, fostering therapeutic relationships and addressing patients' physical and emotional needs.
Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to establish baselines for treatment.
Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop individualized plans based on patient assessments and interdisciplinary team input.
Therapy Interventions: Implement appropriate physical therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
Patient Education: Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment goals, and home exercises, offering guidance on injury prevention.
Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
License: Valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Certification: CPR certification.
Experience: No experience necessary.
