Role Overview:
Join a growing private practice OB/GYN group in Florida as a full-scope Obstetrician-Gynecologist. The position offers surgical skills, APP supervision, and mentorship opportunities within a comprehensive care model.
Compensation: $270,000.00 (new grad) - $370,000.00 base salary + bonus Location: Clay County, FL area (will travel between 3 locations) Schedule: Full-time position; 8/8:15 am- 3:30/4:30 pm. Post-call days are ½ pm off, and the surgical block time is on Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive obstetric care, including pregnancy, fertility, and high-risk pregnancy management
• Offering gynecological services, such as female care, menopause care, and urogynecology
• Supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Participating in mentorship opportunities
• Delivering babies and performing surgeries, with the opportunity for robotics
Qualifications:
• Board-certified or board-eligible by ACOG within five years of training completion
• Residency-trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Surgical skills and APP supervision experience
• Interest in mentorship opportunities
• Full-scope practice capabilities (clinic, surgery, delivery)
• Entrepreneurial background or go-getter mindset
• No bilingual requirement
