Role Overview:
Our client, a leading behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager to oversee overnight operations and staff within their youth treatment facility. Leveraging clinical expertise, the ideal candidate will ensure adherence to policies, respond to emergencies, and help further the organization's mission of providing hope and healing.
Compensation: $28.00 / HR Location: Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Responsibilities:
•   Directing and evaluating residential staff
•   Monitoring safety and security protocols
•   Addressing client behavioral issues
•   Reporting serious events to leadership
•   Conducting debriefings after interventions
•   Analyzing behaviors through trauma lens
•   Modeling de-escalation techniques
•   Ensuring compliance with regulations
•   Driving continuous improvements
Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree in human services
•   2+ years experience in residential care
•   Management and crisis intervention skills
•   Strong communication and critical thinking
•   Passion for helping vulnerable youth
•   Knowledge of behavioral health practices
