Job Overview – Bilingual Spanish Case Manager (Adult Protective Services):
Compensation: $25/hour
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Step into a key role as a Bilingual Spanish Case Manager (Adult Protective Services) with our client in New York, NY. In this position, you will support vulnerable adults through assessments, safety planning, and service coordination across NYC boroughs. You will manage a diverse caseload while leveraging bilingual skills to enhance communication, advocacy, and care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting client safety, stability, and well-being.

Responsibilities as the Bilingual Spanish Case Manager:
  • Client Assessments: Conduct home visits and assessments to evaluate needs, risks, and APS eligibility.
  • Safety Planning: Develop and implement safety plans to stabilize and protect vulnerable adults.
  • Service Coordination: Connect clients with community resources, monitor progress, and ensure ongoing care.
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload, provide follow-up support, and maintain client stability.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare case notes and reports in line with agency, funder, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Spanish Case Manager:
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related human services field from an accredited institution required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in social work, case management, or a related human services setting required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn program-specific software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Adult Protective Services, government programs, and community-based resources preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to managing caseloads.
